CDB/Auto-Restore moves DB2 data much faster than alternative restore methods. CDB/Auto-Restore quickly restores the tablespace, using a standard image copy or DSN1COPY as input. CDB/Auto-Restore also rebuilds and reorgs all indexes, updates the DB2 catalog and calculates RUNSTATS values.

In addition, CDB/Auto-Restore allows single partition Restore, automatically translates OBIDs, provides SYSCOPY posting, and is capable of VSAM to VSAM copy.
