Access Add-In that allows you to find differences between
Databases and Database objects (Tables, Forms, Reports …
) quickly and easily. CompareWiz can save you days and even
weeks of work when it comes to compare two versions of a
database, CompareWiz will drill down to the property value
of each object within your database and report all differences
and any objects that exist in one database and does not
exist in the second.
Common uses for CompareWiz:
Compare and report the differences between two versions
of the same database. If you do any changes on a database
without documentation? CompareWiz will find Report and Document
all those changes for you in seconds. Find that database
that has your last set of changes. No more losing changes
in different copies of the database between office and home.
If your Copy of the Database and your Client copy are out
of sync, no problem.
A very handy tool in a multi
user development group where it tracks differences between
different versions of the database. The latest copy of CompareWiz
is CompareWiz2002, which supports Microsoft Access 2002
and newly Added Objects and Properties.
The demo copy has some Features
disabled, like the option to compare all objects at once
without the need to select one object at a time, also the
compare option for Forms, Queries, Data Access Pages and
Modules are disabled as well, when viewing Comparison results
CompareWiz will display only the first 30 differences and
discard the rest. When you register you get a registration
key, which will enable you to use these features. |
