ORISNOOP identifies the most costly SQL statements executing in an Oracle database and provides all the information required to optimise them. It collects all the executed statements and their cost (independent from the instance parameters).

ORISNOOP then isolates the statements responsible for the highest resource consumption and provides all the information required for tuning, including: current execution plan available statistics indexes relevance of indexes triggers (for updates/inserts/deletes) text date of last compilation of views involved etc.
