Advantage CA-IDMS Database SQL Option
|
Advantage CA-IDMS Database SQL Option implements relational processing in the Advantage CA-IDMS/DB Database. SQL is integrated in the database engine to enable SQL access to existing Advantage CA-IDMS navigational databases and non-relational legacy sources.
It supports dynamic SQL and embedded SQL in host programming languages. Current applications run unchanged, and SQL can access data in new or existing applications. Web deployment of existing data is enabled through ODBC and JDBC support.
