The Easysoft
SQI-Unisys LINC Developer Driver (formally Unisys LDA III)
is a file system data driver which can be used in conjunction
with the Easysoft ODBC-SQI SQL Engine to provide real-time
ODBC access to Runtime Test Data.
The data driver employs a direct LINC runtime interface
to the LINCDB.INI file to create an SQL representation of
the ISAM file structures, eliminating the need for manual
creation and amendment. Administrative utilities are included
to provide a mechanism to control user access and privileges.
When used with the Easysoft ODBC-SQI SQL Engine, the Easysoft
SQI-Unisys LINC Developer Driver provides local ODBC 3.5
or SQL 92 access to the Runtime Test Data.
Remote ODBC access can be provided with the addition of
the Easysoft ODBC-ODBC Bridge and remote JDBC access with
the addition of the Easysoft JDBC-ODBC Bridge.
