By allowing you to provide a linking key, you can perform actions like Archive off all companies who havent been updated in the last 6 months.
And, archive all activities and opportunities for those companies as well.
By providing this linking mechanism, OmniArchive can be used with any application, no matter who the vendor is.
Preserve your folders...
Now in Version 5, OmniArchive now has the ability to preserve all folder structures within the database. So, when you archive off your mail file that just happens to contain hundreds of folders, you will be able to see your documents in the archive exactly as you saw them in your primary mail database.
